Abby's Biography
Abby was born on November 17, 1997, she weighed 4 pounds 1 ounce at birth. She was diagnosed with Cri-du-chat syndrome (CDC) at 3 months. A genetic test showed a partial deletion of chromosome 5 on the short arm (P) with the break point at 5p.15.2.         She is attending phyical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. She is responding well to all therapy and is an otherwise very healthy, happy, and beautiful little girl. We have also been doing a lot of other developmental therapy at home with Abby.
