PAYMENT:  Regions will have someone bring a check on Friday night for all students registered or payment can be sent ahead of time to:

Payment (if mailed by region) needs to be sent no later than 30 December 2008 to ensure the treasurer has the check prior to camp.

 

Individuals may pay as they check-in to the camp and a receipt will be provided to turn in to their regions for reimbursement (11 - 13 January 2008).

 

SCHEDULE:

·        11 January 08:  Sign-in and Late Registration is 5:00 – 6:00 pm

·        11-13 January 08:  Sign-in and Late Registration for Courses (those that do not start on Friday night)

·        11-13 January 08:  Super Camp

 

Special Activities: 

1.      Dinner will be available at 5:00 pm on 11 January 08.  The cost will be $6.00 and advance notification is required to Curtis Walker.

2.      Lunch on Saturday, 12 January 2008 is also available at a cost of $6.00 and advance notification is required to Curtis Walker.

3.      Lunch on Saturday, 12 January 2008 is included in course fee for the following courses:

This training includes modules 14 through 19 and trains referees to do more physically demanding and challenging matches under FIFA Laws and AYSO National Rules and Regulations (includes exam).

This training is not modularized.  The course trains referees to referee all AYSO matches under FIFA Laws and National Rules and Regulations

Referee Assessor Course

This training course is designed to train assessors to assess officiating skills at the Advanced Level.  This will only be the classroom portion.  The two practice assessments will not be conducted during the course.

5 hour course & 1 hour exam

At least three (3) years of soccer experience as a referee, and must have observed or mentored referees either for improvement or upgrade.

Role of the Child and Volunteer Protection Advocate (CVPA) Course

This training and certification course describes the steps AYSO is taking to protect player and volunteers.  The workshop also leads you through a self-assessment process and into an understanding of the position description and role of the CVPA in the region and in AYSO.
